a) Cancellation Before Dispatch
- Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
- To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via email or phone with your order details.
- If the order is cancelled successfully before dispatch, a full refund will be processed.
b) Cancellation After Dispatch
- Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
- In such cases, you may refer to the return policy below (if applicable).
2. Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

You may request a return if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a defective product
- You received an incorrect product
b) Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:

3. Return Request Process
- Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

- Order ID
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
- Brief description of the problem
Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.
4. Return Approval & Pickup
- If approved, we will arrange a return pickup or provide return instructions.
- The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, with all packaging, accessories, and invoices intact.
- Failure to meet these conditions may result in rejection of the return.
5. Refunds
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
6. Replacement Policy
- In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
- Replacement products will be dispatched after the returned item is received and verified.
7. Late or Missing Refunds

8. Damage During Transit
- Any damage during transit must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

All decisions made by MiniPocketWheels regarding refunds and cancellations shall be final and binding.
